Since January 1, 2024, the Museum Foundation has managed and administered the exhibition at the Museum Urzeithof with the aim of demonstrating the development of life in a generally understandable way.
The Museum Foundation promotes the transfer of knowledge with a particular focus on children and young people.
This natural history knowledge transfer is supported by the special concept of the exhibition, qualified museum tours and scientific lectures.
Taxidermy courses, workshops and excursions make natural history knowledge actively tangible.
The museum foundation ensures the preservation and accessibility of the collections for the public and science across generations.
The members of the Museum Foundation develop the concepts for knowledge transfer and are in contact with other museums, universities and specialist associations and institutions.
